Stay in Control of Who's Part of Your Experience

If something ever feels wrong, you shouldn't have to just live with it. Report a Concern lets you flag suspicious or inappropriate behavior directly, and Block puts an immediate stop to any contact from someone, no explanation required.

How does it work?

Two ways to take back control, right when you need to

1

Report a Concern, directly from the source

Flag suspicious behavior, inappropriate content, or anything that feels off, straight from a profile or a conversation. Our team reviews every report to act on it, so you're never left wondering whether it was worth saying something.

2

Block someone, immediately and without explanation

Once you block someone, they can no longer message you, like you, or find you in search. It takes effect right away, and you don't owe anyone a reason for doing it.

3

Decide what happens next, on your terms

Reporting and blocking aren't mutually exclusive, use one, the other, or both, depending on the situation. Either way, the decision about who stays part of your experience is entirely yours.

You decide who's part of your experience

Being surrounded by strangers is part of what makes online dating work, and part of what makes it feel risky at times. Report a Concern and Block exist so that risk never has to sit unaddressed: one gets a situation in front of people who can act on it, the other gives you an immediate, unilateral way to stop contact altogether.

Neither requires a long explanation or a drawn-out process. A report is reviewed by our team, a block takes effect instantly, and in both cases, the choice stays entirely with you.

  • Report suspicious behavior directly from a profile or chat
  • Have every report reviewed by our team
  • Block anyone, instantly and without explanation
  • Stop all contact, messages, likes, and search visibility
  • Use either tool whenever something doesn't feel right

FAQ

Use Report a Concern directly from a profile or a conversation. Our team reviews reports to act on suspicious or inappropriate behavior.

Block them directly from their profile. It takes effect immediately, no explanation needed.

They can no longer message you, like you, or find you in search. The block takes effect right away.

They won't be notified, but they'll immediately lose the ability to message you, like you, or find you in search or Discover.

Removing a profile only affects your own browsing, it clears them from your search results without changing anything on their end. Blocking is mutual: it stops them from contacting you or finding you too.

Go to your blocked profiles in your account settings and select unblock. It's always your call, there's no need to explain the decision either way.
