This free 3-day (72 consecutive hours) trial subscription to Match.com (“Trial Subscription”) gives you access during the Trial Subscription period to contact millions of eligible singles! HOW TO REDEEM; OFFER INFORMATION. To redeem your Trial Subscription to Match.com, you must be at least 18 years old at the time of redemption and single or separated from spouse. As part of the enrollment process for the Trial Subscription, you will be required to pick a Match.com subscription package and submit a valid credit card. If you do not cancel your subscription before the end of the Trial Subscription period, you will be billed for the subscription package to Match.com that you selected during the Trial Subscription registration process. Your Trial Subscription allows access to all of Match.com's basic site features and begins immediately upon approval by Match.com of the information outlined in this paragraph. Match.com reserves the right to refuse any Trial Subscription or other subscription for any reason. This offer expires on Friday, January 01, 2010. Limit one Trial Subscription per person. Any attempt by a person to redeem more than one Trial Subscription will be rejected. Void where prohibited. Match.com may discontinue this offer at any time. ELIGIBILITY. Eligibility is limited to nonsubscribers of Match.com who are 18 years of age or older, single or separated from spouse, and meet all other requirements outlined here. Current subscribers are not eligible. BILLING UPON EXPIRATION. Upon the completion of your Trial Subscription period, you will be automatically billed for a Match.com subscription for the term and rate you selected when you signed up for your Trial Subscription. Thereafter, until you submit your resignation, your subscription will be automatically renewed at the conclusion of each subscription term at the then-current nonpromotional subscription rate. HOW TO RESIGN. In order to avoid a subscription charge following completion of your Trial Subscription, you must resign your Trial Subscription prior to its conclusion (that is, before the end of the third day) by logging into www.match.com, selecting account settings and clicking on resignation and following the instructions. TERMS OF MEMBERSHIP. Your Trial Subscription and any subsequent subscriptions are governed by all of the terms and conditions on the Match.com site, including but not limited to the Match.com Terms of Use. The Terms of Use can be found by going to www.match.com and clicking on the "Terms of Use" link. PRIVACY. All information supplied by you to Match.com is subject to the Match.com Privacy Policy, which can be found at www.match.com. LIMITATION ON LIABILITY. Match.com is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure to receive any e-mail or redemption on account of technical problems or traffic congestion online or on the Internet or at any Web site, or any combination of such issues, including those which result in any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from downloading any materials consistent with a Trial Subscription or any prior or subsequent use of Match.com. If, for any reason, the Trial Subscription offer does not or cannot run online as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Match.com which threatens or corrupts or adversely affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Trial Subscription, Match.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate or suspend the offer and/or any Trial Subscriptions. ANY ATTEMPT BY YOU TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS OFFER MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, MATCH.COM WILL DISQUALIFY YOUR ATTEMPTED REDEMPTION AND RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM YOU TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
