Alright, so I really don't like talking about myself. But, here it goes ...
First of all, I am a follower of Jesus Christ and it is important to me that my future mate is also a believer and pursues a relationship with Him.
I've been in Dallas for 4-5 years now. I am originally from a small town in Southern Illinois and moved to Dallas from Nashville, TN. I absolutely love Nashville, but felt I needed to be close to my family that is here. My family is very important to me and I spend a lot of time with them. I cannot imagine not being here with them.
I'm a laid back, easy going girl, usually up for just about anything. I love sports, especially college basketball and the Indianapolis Colts. I recently got a road bike and look forward to having the time to get involved in cycling. I enjoy being outside when it's nice; really enjoy walking at White Rock Lake. I have done the bar/club scene and would rather stay away from it, although I do like to have a drink every now and then, preferring a pub setting.
Professionally, I have a good job working for a great company and there are times of the year/month when I work a lot, but I always strive to have a good work/life balance.
I'm looking for someone who makes me want to be a better person; someone who challenges me to be better at everything I do. Of course, physical attraction is important, but it's so much more than that. Most of all, I'm looking for my best friend; someone that is open to experiencing the things I enjoy, but can also introduce me to new things. I look forward to going through this process; maybe we're a match!
