I?m new to Chicago as of last summer?born on the East Coast, but grew up in the Midwest. Friends have said good things about Match, so I?m giving it a try. I don?t get a ton of time to go out and really not the type to meet someone at a bar anyway.
Intelligence and a sense of humor go a long way with me. I?m more likely to talk about people watching than I am about politics or the economy. I joke around a lot and try to find the humor in everyday things. A confident woman with a humble, caring side fits well with my personality. I don?t take myself or life too seriously...and it?s a much better way to live. Family and friends are my release, so I enjoy being around others who have strong connections with their friends and family as well. If you can be sarcastic and witty in conversation, we are off to a good start.
Chicago has been great so far and I'd really like to get out more and enjoy it. Always up for a good concert or restaurant or even the touristy museum stuff. I come from small towns so it's easy to appreciate having all the options of a big city.
I?m sure some people on here are looking for a serious relationship right away and others are just looking for someone to talk to...I?m somewhere in the middle right now...but willing to see where things go.
