I currently live in New Jersey and I am a web developer for a media company in New York City. I played sports in college and I am a fanatic of all Pittsburgh sports teams. I am looking to meet someone who is ambitious, outgoing and has a realistic view of life. I enjoy playing my guitar, programming, watching sports and going out.
I spend about 80% of my time in New York City either working or going out. I also go to Hoboken to mix things up here and there. I love going out but I also enjoy lazy days.
I would consider myself a hybrid athlete-nerd. When I go to work I can't discuss sports with any of my co-workers. When I'm with my friends I can't talk about computer programming or Star Wars. I don't read very many books for pleasure reading -- I read mostly for educational purposes. I guess I would just rather go to the movies. People who can keep cool in debatable/controversial conversations are OK in my book. Yes I play video games (come on.. I'm a computer programmer). I like dry/sarcastic humor.
I'm not necessarily looking for someone within the same field of work as me although I would not turn it down. I believe in a new-age form of chivalry.
