I am originally from South Africa and was fortunate to grow up on a farm as a youngster. In my teen years we moved to a coastal city and I fell in love with the ocean. I have been in SD for 5 years. I have an amazing son who is the most important thing in my life. I am close to my family, some of whom are still in SA, but we talk on a regular basis. I am a kind, respectful, considerate and easy going person and believe manners are essential. I grew up on Monty Python and The Black Adder to name a few and believe in always trying most things twice :)
I am an archaeologist by trade and in my spare time I fly helicopters and scuba dive/ free dive. I love surfing, camping and the outdoors in general. I love rugby and cricket and a good braai (barbeque).
I am interested in dating/friendship. I am looking for a kind, caring and compationate person who appreciates the smaller things in life (has a love for the outdoors but can also relax and enjoy a good movie). Basically I am looking for someone who can keep up with me and all of my activities.
