First of all I would like to tip my hat off to some of you who honestly describing yourself in a publicly viewed profile. It's not easy to expose your strengths and weaknesses in the effort to appeal to potential dates. Here is my best shot at it:
I was born and bred in Northern Russia. Inclement weather conditions fortified my spirit; however, it also made me value everything warm including relationships. Early on I latched on key values of my family such as honor, trust, and dedication. Growing up in beautiful mountainous area, I inevitably become a professional skier representing for number of years Russian Federation on international arena. (name me a russian who doesn't enjoy a fast ride) I didn't become an Olympic champion due to laziness and lack of talent but I cherish the learning process. Pushing myself through the limits of impossible, I competed with the best athletes of my generation. It was quite a humbling experience. It is all memory now.
Since I moved to NY 12 years ago I opened a new chapter of my life. I took on different challenges including corporate america. Due to lack of any serious hills around here, my competitive streak is fulfilled on tennis court. My artsy inclination is being satisfied at Chelsea's art galleries and museums. A few years ago, I discovered interests in cooking, which in process of perfection, I complimented with extensive wine pairing. My friends and family adore me and why wouldn't they)
"An unfinished book " is how I perceive myself at this moment. The book that is in progress as I am completing this profile. You may refrain yourself from further development by reading the gist of the story including the sad part-divorce. You may directly find out details of the plot from the author (myself). Later you may even choose to become one of the main characters. You never know how the book may turn out but I am inviting you to have fun working on it together.
I am looking for someone personable, adventurous, and intelligent. You are welcome to participate in writing the book that could become ours.
