I have been known to read, to run, to lift, to ski, to root for the Ravens, and to listen.
I am honest, reliable, and funny. I am outgoing and assertive, confident rather than cocky. I like my evenings best when those around me enjoy themselves. I am comfortable in any setting, from a coats required restaurant to a dive bar.
I am also the guy who is perfectly comfortable in making the first move.
Ultimately, I am looking for someone who is strong, intelligent, athletic, confident, has an appreciation for beauty, thinks deeply, enjoys meaningful conversation and doesn't mind watching a few (all) Ravens games. I am not looking for a trophy girlfriend, just one who can take my gregariousness as much as she can dish her's out.

I grew up in Baltimore County, in the fine middle class suburb of Reisterstown, home of The Cow, the FHS variety show, and the Upper Melinda Witch. And while I do miss the trees, and late night Dunkin' Donuts runs, I have found that my current dwelling in "The Greatest City in America" is far more advantageous concerning distractions from dissertation writing. BSSC football, BSSC softball, the bars,my friends who live here, the availability of running by the water in fells point makes city living extremely attractive.
It should be evident by now that I'm not taking this profile too seriously. But I do not play games, or placate to needless insensitivities, nor should you. I highly value the quality of mutual respect as the basis for any relationship, romantic or otherwise.
