A few of my favorite things... my kids, my dogs, my job, friends, trivia, music, reading, meat on a stick, a great cup of coffee or even not so great. I enjoy being productive, learning new skills, and gardening. I can be happy in a variety of activities but extended periods of couch potato behavior isn't really my bag. Curling up on the couch for a good movie is a luxury not a daily affair. Travel, be it around the world or a road trip is something I am always up for...an offer for camping and/or hiking will always get my vote. I am not too fussy, I can take a two minute cold-ish shower and be just fine. My morning routine may be quick but I do like to make sure that I am presenting my best everyday. I have been told that getting to know me is surprising. I am very open, and speak from the heart. I am fiercely loyal and passionate about standing up for what I believe in. I try to walk the walk.
I have two lovely children that I absolutely adore. I really love being a parent that is truly present, and I think it would be wonderful to make a connection with someone who has a similar outlook towards parenting, or at the very least someone that respects my need to be that type of parent :)
I am hoping to meet someone that sincerely enjoys their life and what they have created for themselves. I value independence, mine as well as others. Traits that are at the top of my list in a potential partner are even temperedness, dependability and trust worthiness. The ability to be spontaneous, flexible, take initiative and have good hygiene are imperative. A sense of humor and healthy sense of adventure are non- negotiable must haves. A closet full of Ed Hardy T-shirts is a deal breaker ;)
