I'm not like many guys you'll find in LA. I'm not a hipster or an artist. I don't have any tattoos, nor do I want one. I don't use drugs, and you won't find me at any electronic music concerts. The trait that I value most in a woman is intelligence. I'm looking for a girl who is a aware of what's going on in the world, who has a balanced perspective on life, and who can have a conversation on any topic. I truly love LA, but unfortunately, many of the women that I've found here are fake and superficial. I'm really looking for a woman of substance and character. Most people who know me would say that I'm ambitious, goal-oriented, and that I always strive to do good. I'm looking to settle down with the right woman, but I'm never truly settled because I'm always looking one step ahead in life. I'm an LA native with an Ivy League education and an MBA. I currently work in business development for a fast-growing internet company and I also run an entertainment web site on the side. Most of my work experience has been in sports business, but I also host a weekly entertainment podcast, I regularly go to movie screenings, and I like to keep up with pop culture. At the start of this year, I made some very dramatic lifestyle choices. I learned a great deal about nutrition and completely changed the way I eat. I've lost 35 pounds and I also workout six days a week. I'm not ashamed to say that "working out" for me often consists of pilates and spinning, both of which I thoroughly enjoy and both have worked really well for me. As a result, I would like to find a woman who is also active and exercises. I don't care whether that's marathon running, power yoga, or beach volleyball, but I'm not interested in someone who just sits around the house. Some other things about me... When I'm in my car, I flip between NPR, sports talk radio, and some Sirius satellite radio station (sometimes that's "90s on 9"). On weekends, I usually try to go for a hike, read the Sunday New York Times, and I rarely miss watching a USC football game. I'm a Chinese food fanatic, and I often times get a group together to go to some of the most authentic Chinese restaurants in the San Gabriel Valley. Usually, I wind up ordering for the whole group. I also love sushi, and while nutrition is important to me, I'm definitely a foodie who will try anything at a top new restaurant. If all of that sounds good to you, then I look forward to hearing from you.
