While I grew up skiing, ice skating and enjoying winter. I moved to Cali because it was getting annoying waking up, opening the door to go to work, and realizing that it snowed all night and I'd be spending the next 30 minutes shoveling the car out. Now I just need to wonder how windy it'll be running on the boardwalk.
I'm a computer programmer. I love being a programmer but hate that it consists of sitting in front of a computer all day. I suppose I strive to balance all that stillness with various kinds of activities. At any given time I might be in the mood to run, swim, play basketball or do yoga(hot since I'm not exactly captain flexible, and which I have to get back into more). I'd like to play more tennis and hike(something between walking up a hill and scaling a rock face).
That said, it's certainly not health and fitness 24/7, nearly each trip to the grocery store involves the obligatory walk past the Ben Jerry's section for any new flavors, in which case, that pint is gone before it ever hits the freezer.
I hope to find someone who is honest and speaks their mind and who is independent but finds that things together are better.
