About Me
I was raised in Brigantine NJ (an island off of Atlantic City). I have always had amazing support from family and friends. I've learned so much from all of them and they made me the person I am today. I am an honest and supportive person. I am a person that put the needs of others before my own. I'm the guy at Christmas that is much happier giving a gift away than opening one up. I am a very passionate person in just about everything I do. I am the oldest of 4 children. I have 1 brother and 2 sisters and they all mean the world to me.
I have always enjoyed attending school. Especially, the college years! I attended West Virginia University and earned a BA in Communication Studies. In 2005, I enrolled in the U.S. Army as an electrical engineer for the UH 60 blackhawk. I served a tour in Iraq from June 2006- June 2007. I earned my Masters degree from Columbia in 2012 in Organizational Leadership. I still have all of my GI Bill benefits that I can pass on to my future spouse or child and that is something I look forward to doing.
Who I'm Looking For
I am looking for a woman that I can consider my best friend. Someone that makes me a better person. I believe strongly in the value of loyalty. If I were your boyfriend, I'd be yours alone. This is a must have quality in a woman for me to date her. I recently, took a position in Washington D.C. that will keep me here from 13 to 20 more years so I am looking for someone that wants to make the DC area their home. I'm looking for a lady who is happy with the person she is and does not obsess over the person she is not. For a date to become a relationship I must be physically and mentally attracted to a woman. Physically, I look at a woman's face and smile. Mentally, I look for intellect, humor, and someone who is passionate about things they are interested in.
Finally, I just want to say for the record that it is extremely hard to write about yourself or what you like. I'd like to tell you in person and hopefully I'll have the opportunity to do that.
