Hi! I've been living in NYC for almost five years, mostly in Brooklyn. Three of those years I was at school for my masters of architecture at Pratt Institute. Now I work as an architectural designer at a mid-sized firm specializing in healthcare. It's certainly a challenge and some days are more exciting than others but I have great coworkers and ultimately am contributing something important to the city so at the end of the day I truly love what I do.
I like to think I'm a kid at heart. Most of the time I am goofy, light-hearted, laughing (often at myself) and smiling. That said that doesn't mean I won't or don't like to be serious when the occasion calls for it. I consider myself to be fiercely loyal in my friendships and am close to my family.
When I'm not at work, I spend my time with friends, exercising, and taking in the city. I prefer wandering around, ice cream or lemonade in hand, stumbling upon something new opposed to bars and clubs. I love live music, museums, and trying out all types of performances (broadway, plays, dance...).
I am a great lover of food and could have a conversation about food, favorite restaurants, recipes, etc for hours.
I'm seeking someone who is naturally upbeat and happy. Someone who enjoys what they do, whatever that is. You are honest and loyal, enjoy trying new things... I laugh a lot, you should too. In the end I want someone who is equally excited about going out to a show as they are about spending a quiet friday night in cooking a delicious meal and watching a movie.
