Because I have odd working hours, its hard to find time to get all dolled up and head downtown for the social scene, so I thought I would give Match a try. I am a recent college grad, but currently putting off my job hunt for a year of hard but rewarding work with horses.
I'm looking for someone who likes to have a good time, whether that means going out and being spontaneous, adventurous, or relaxing at home watching a movie. Someone who can make me laugh, be a mans man, and prove that chivalry is not dead.
I am easily amused, difficult to offend, quick to retort, and very sarcastic. I can get dirty working outside and not worry about "breaking a nail", but I could also sit down to a five course dinner and not feel out of place. I like to stay up on current events and I would like someone who appreciates keeping themselves informed. I am a great listener, but would love to have someone to share with. I'm all for a cocktail or two, but I've never been the type of person who needed the influence of alcohol just to have a good time.
I am an only child but I have a very large, very close extended family that means the world to me. Being an only child has made me a pretty independent person. I graduated last summer with a Bachelors Degree in Advertising, but as I stated before I am taking some time off. My family owns a horse farm here in Minnesota and they are giving me the opportunity to show horses while managing their marketing. Last summer I won World and Reserve World Championship titles, and I am working hard to do the same this year. Most days you can find me in boots and spurs. Its a lot of hard physical work riding horses and I am gone most weekends in the summer, but I live for it.
Outside of horses, I really love photography, drawing, reading, playing video or board games, veggin on the couch with a good movie and spending time with friends and family. My ultimate bucket-list dream is to take pictures on an African Safari. I have a new found passion for cooking and trying out new recipes, though I'd much rather just grab fresh ingredients, put them together in new ways and see where they take me. My family has a cabin up north, where I have spent many summers fishing and canoeing, and my new favorite, kayaking.
There is much more to tell, but there should be some mystery, right?
