I recently moved down to SD for work. Most people would consider me fun, ambitious, family-oriented, honest, and hard working. I love trying new things, whether it be skydiving, scuba, exotic cuisine, or traveling to new destinations (Chile and Thailand are next on my list!). I am the type of person that will try anything once and am open to all experiences that life throws my way. I have realized over the years that I live a completely contradictory lifestyle; I love going out and meeting new people but enjoy time to myself, I'm constantly on the run but love lazy days (although they're few and far between as of late), and I have a perpetual desire for self improvement but am very happy with who I am.
I am very grateful for my wonderful family (2 sisters, 2 nephews, a niece, and surrogate child aka dog Ruca). I have very high aspirations in life and work very hard at attaining my goals. Although i work a lot, i always try to have a great work/life balance. Yes, that means I'm a regular on chat roulette ;) jk. If you can't tell already, I have a pretty scarcastic sense of humor. In my spare time I like to travel, play just about all sports, go to the beach to surf or play volleyball, read, and host BBQ's. In a lot of ways I am like a Southerner trapped in a So. Californian's body: I love to eat and BBQ, am chivalrous to a fault, and always try to be hospitable to relative strangers
I believe that marriage is truly a lifetime commitment and I am looking for someone that i can share my life with. I believe that attraction, intellectual compatibility, and humor are all very important aspects of a great relationship. In terms of what i'm looking for, I don't have many preconceived notions of what a girl should look like or how she should act. I am looking for someone that is spontaneous, sociable, confident, hard working, trustworthy, athletic, has a good sense of humor, and can be herself around me. I try to never take myself too seriously and can find entertainment/humor in the most simple things (people watching, costume bar crawls, ect.). In case I'm missing anything, just ask. I am an open book :)
