I am a well educated professional and have a demanding job in manufacturing that prevents me from meeting people of the opposite gender. Physical fitness is extremely important to me. I believe that taking care of your body helps to sharpen your mind and spirits. I like to do strength training, a variety of cardiovascular activities, plyo-metrics, and yoga. I am very competitive and train to give myself an advantage. I have played soccer all of my life but was recently forced to take a break due to a knee injury.
