Looking for an easy-going, compassionate guy who enjoys the simple pleasures of life to be my partner-in-crime. On my down time, I enjoy hanging out with friends, cooking (love grilling and eating anything BBQ), and traveling to places with sandy beaches. Australia, New Zealand, Iceland, and Spain are on my immediate list of places to visit sooner than later. Hoping to get to Chile in early 2014...going to Denver/wyoming this summer and cannot wait to hike and explore the area. Have you ever walked under a canopy of stars? It's amazing and makes you ponder how you are small you are in the scope of the universe. I can't say that I'm the most adventurous type (no sky-diving for me), but I think it's important to try something outside your comfort zone on occasion. Some things that I enjoyed..and I wouldn't have known it, had I not given it a try: bocce ball, beach tennis, pilates, boxing classes.... and I've just joined a kickball team.
As a musician and teacher..love working with kids..they always have so much to say, are full of energy, and I think it keeps me on my toes and inspired. I do a lot of collaborative work and have a knack for organizing most anything (especially my closet..thanks to the years of retail work while in college). Friends and family are very important to me, and I'm looking for a partner who also appreciates this. Balance is key to living a healthy well-rounded life, so I'm looking for someone with a similar outlook and is optimistic, yet realistic, witty, dependable, and a generous person with a big heart.
