Well. I have to be honest, I'm not terribly good at writing about myself. Intros sound a little arrogant to me. I'd rather hear about you. But here we go.
First off my name is Jared. I really enjoy spending time with my friends and huge family.
I find myself to be a very honest (no sugar coating we are all adults now), driven, reliable, and respectful person. Also, chivalry isn't dead. I was raised to do the little things. Open doors, offer to pay, etc. That's what men do.
I've been a union electrician for 8 years now. I am one of the few people in life that actually loves what they do. Don't get me wrong, summers are hot, winters are cold, and it is often times dirty, but I love it.
I'm a pretty laid back guy. I don't live for big lavish things even though I do treat myself every now and then. I don't sweat the small things in life. I feel like a lot of people can get too consumed with them when there are much more important things to worry about.
I enjoy sports and sporting events. IU and Colts all the way. If you are a Purdue fan there might be some tension on game day, but we can work through it. The great outdoors and music are a couple of my passions. I am a pretty avid outdoorsman. I love to hunt, fish, and camp. I also enjoy playing the guitar and going to concerts throughout the summer. I'll listen to just about anything. These are my favorite ways to unwind and to just slow down from all of the hustle and bustle of Indy.
I am looking for a confident, educated, and driven woman that knows what she wants in life. Someone that can cut loose and be crazy and relax and be lazy on a rainy day. Someone that is as comfortable and confident in sweatpants as she is all dressed up for a night on the town. A sense of humor and good personality are must if not most important. I can be sarcastic and witty sometimes and I like a girl that can keep up and throw it back.
