About me and what I want? That's a very interesting question. I'm an upper Midwestern guy, that grew up in a blue collar kind of house. I guess what that says about me, is how I love the simple things in life. Although I love my round of golf and can hit up any place downtown or in the burbs., I'd rather have a steak or burger on the grill accompanied by some good friends and a few beers. Simple is the word of choice.
I also have a 6 y/o girl that is the world to me. If you can't accept kids then that's a no go right from the start as she will be a part of my life from now until forever. With that being said, the loyalty I have and acceptance of my responsibilities was on display, when I had to work out of my company's Kansas City office for 18 months. I put over 60k miles on my car, making sure I, at minimum, saw my daughter at least every other weekend. I actually think in that 500 days or so, I managed to get in her presence about 5 days every 2 weeks. It was a lot of work, but I'm willing to sacrifice for things and people I cherish. This is just who I've become as a man.
As for what i'm looking for? I guess I'm looking for someone that would be willing to play a round of golf with, but then can transition to jeans and a t-shirt to go watch a Zac Brown Band concert or any live music for that matter. Once again, I just want simple. I would like to find someone that is willing to open their arms to my daughter and I knowing that having a happy home is such a wonderful thing.
All in all, I just want to watch my daughter grow up, giving her everything she needs to succeed in life but at the same time I want to be that go to person for someone too. I want to be that rock that cheers you on, holds you when things are tough and just enjoys having me by your side as we go through this thing called life. Most importantly, I'm not looking for someone to go to bed with, but the person I get the honor of waking up next to.
