I work in emergency department doing 12-hour shifts for 3 days a week. My job gives me the luxury of spending 4 days off for doing everything else. My workmates describe me as fast and efficient. I multi-task a lot at my workplace.
I used to be a fan of everything fried / fatty foods until I decided to change my eating habits. These days, I eat a lot of vegetables although I'm not vegetarian. I still eat meat and would eat a good steak once in a while, but I do prefer chicken white meat and fish over other meats for health reasons.
There is joy in baking. My experience in the kitchen goes beyond simply cooking my own meals every day. I can bake a really good nutty zucchini bread and moist carrot cake from fresh ingredients (no boxed recipes). I also bake cheese cakes, muffins, pies, etc. Baking blogs help pave the way for my next big kitchen adventure.
I play the guitar. I write my own music but haven't really been inspired lately. Maybe you can spark my creativity or we can write songs together if you're as passionate with music as I am.
I recently picked up hiking and I try to do it at least once a week. It is quite relaxing to soak up the scenery. I love nature. I was born in a tropical place, the Philippines, and am lucky enough to have visited a lot of its islands. The only shame is that I wasn't able to archive my adventures back then. Given the time and opportunity, I would like to travel and see more of the beautiful planet we live in.
I love reading about the latest and the greatest in technology. I still haven't outgrown the geek and the gamer in me. I'm a self-learned techie. I learn things quickly.
I can go for casual dating or hanging out for fun. Preferably though, I am looking for someone who is interested and willing to spend time into building an intimate relationship. Maybe not at first but if things go deeper, I hope that someone can handle something intense and intimate.
I believe that a perfect first date should be a matter of compromise on what both persons enjoy doing. Relationships has a lot to do with give and take and that should come into play during the first date.
