I think that, like a lot of people, I'm on here because meeting people in a life after college can be challenging to say the least. I'm not one for the bar scene, so this is my avenue to meet a great woman, one I wouldn't find in a bar anyway.
Moved up here two years ago for a job opp and have never looked back. Climbing the corporate ladder and all that, heh. I know that a lot of people might say that Fort Lauderdale is way better than Jacksonville, but I've found my niche here. It's a lot more unique in my mind than the FtL.
A little more about me: I love food. Shopping for it, cooking it, eating it (obvi). I find the entire process fascinating. I'm willing to try anything once (not just food) so that I can definitively say I like or don't like something without being a hypocrite. Quite passionate about film, indie and foreign, but I do love the summer blockbusters as well. Working on expanding my music base. Kap Bambino and Grims are some of my current faves. Definitely looking to fill up a passport. Next stop Thailand!
So what brings me here? Hopefully, finding someone that loves film and music, someone with a great sense of humor, someone sophisticated but not snooty, someone who appreciates good food either homemade or from a hidden spot in town. Someone career driven and with a sense of curiosity about the world we live in. Also, someone that likes or can tolerate a cat, haha.
