Overall, I'm a refined guy. That's the most encompassing description I could give myself. By most definitions, I am considered ambitious and highly motivated. I try very hard to live an enriched life that is not overly complicated and my profession is centered around putting commerical real estate syndications together and managing them for clients. I do this in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. I'm a bit of a non-conformist. It's subtle, but once people get to know me they generally see it. I'm very good at compromise, most likely because I deal with progressing through conflict at work a lot. My immediate family is very tight and I was brought up traditionally by two hard working highschool sweetheart parents. Culture is very important to me, specifically the arts, so I'm in New York as much as possible. Architecture is probably my favorite subject as I considerate it functional art.
I stay very active whether its on the water, skiing, climbing, or training in Brasilian Jiu Jjitsu. My favorite past time by far is sailing and I frequent the Narragansett, Cape and East End seasonally. I travel to Europe and the midde east a few times a year to visit my sister too. My favorite travels have been to large cities and areas really off the beaten path.
I'm open minded, and therefore am not a fan of setting a list of qualities a woman must possess. I think it's a recipe for perpetual disappointment. I like elegance in a woman, an understated confidence mixed with style.
