ABOUT ME:
I've been out of the dating scene for a very long time. These dating sites are not very reliable in my opinion. I'm told I'm a nice enough guy. I'm a geek. I enjoy comic books, reading novels (Stephen King, Tolkien, G.R.R. Martin, Burroughs) playing the occasional video game. I enjoy movies from westerns, horror, sci-fi, action, drama, crime drama, comedy, and even rom-coms (if the story is good). My family means the world to me and I couldn't imagine life without them. They've been there through the bad times in my life and have helped me keep my feet grounded. Be warned...I tell horrible jokes. Sometimes, I'm the only one laughing while everyone else is scratching their heads. I hold myself to a set of values and I try not to deter from them. One of them is integrity. I am not saying I've never lied, because I'd be lying. But I do my damnedest to stay as honest as possible. I enjoy fishing (though I never caught anything in this State in the past 17 years), going on hikes through trails and checking out new places. I enjoy going to the bowling alley in Silverdale with family and friends.
Currently I'm renting out a house with a couple of family members until Spring 2014. I got a major goal for next year to hopefully buy a house somewhere out here, with a large plot of land. I want to get some fruit trees and possibly a garden going (tomatoes, corn, strawberries...a food garden). The weather may not be always nice, but the surroundings more than make up for it. I've got dreams as far as my future goes. Either I go at them alone or with someone. I'm hoping for the latter one day, but I'm fine with just dating for now. Any questions, go ahead and ask.
WHO I'M LOOKING FOR:
I want to find someone who's able to laugh at herself, enjoys a bad joke or two (I'm full of them) or at least can put up with them. I'm looking for someone who is honest, loves to both go outside do things because I do want to remain active, and it is easier to do so when you are with someone having fun. She also would not mind spending a day being lazy or cooking together in the kitchen. I do not care if you are a bad cook or a 5 star chef, I would like somebody whom I can throw a handful of flour at! Somebody who can appreciate the simple things in life.
