My name is Summer Mutawe and I am a civil engineering student in a local University here in San Diego "SDSU". I have been in San Diego since November of 2003 and what a beautiful city San Diego is. I am straightforward because I believe that there is nothing like honesty and being truthful to others. I like to speak my mind and share my interests with my friends and family.
I like the outdoors like going to the beach, biking and camping. But I also enjoy relaxing activities at home like watching movies and playing video games. I have many ideas on what fun is. For me, it could be a walk at the beach, or a cup of coffee while talking with friends. It can be a late walk with my dog or a movie on TV while wrapped in warm blankets and snacking on microwave popcorn. It could be a long drive to unspecific place when all I wanted is to get few things from the supermarket or a fight over the spatula while preparing dinner. Anything can be fun as long as you wanted it to be so.
I love animals a lot specially dogs and horses, but I also have respect and love to other being on this beautiful planet. While growing up my family had many animals some as pets and some are not. Currently, I have a dog; A very cute little black dog that is a Chihuahua mix. His name is Roxas after Roxas from Kingdom Hearts. I love him so much that I cannot go anywhere without him around me, I even sometimes take him to school with me.
I like reading a lot, nothing specific. My reading varies a lot. It could be a history book, or even a fiction a kid in high school wrote and posted online. The last book I read was a novel I really enjoyed. It is titled “The Berlin Stories” by Christopher Isherwood.
I came from a conservative big family- six girls and three boys me included. Our big house feels sometimes too small with all the noise and activities that won't stop until very late at night. Now that I am almost all alone I sometimes regret that I did not give myself the chance to enjoy their company to its fullest. Me and my family went through many things through the years; war and peace, marriage and divorce, birth and loss, happy and sad times. In short if I learned something from all of these years, I learned that family relation is one of the most important relations in any person’s life.
For me, I am looking for a man who is smart, open to new ideas and thoughts, and most importantly honest with himself and others, as what is truly worst than lying is the need to live the lie for the rest of your life. I like a man with a kind heart and extreme love to all creatures from human beings to little bugs on the sidewalk. A man who is spontaneous and ready to break routine as much as he is ready to live in one on normal days. A man with a sense of humor as I feel I lack a little in this department, but most of all, a man who is serious and looking to settle down not just play games.
