My name is Erin. I was a photography major in college, but I am now a massage therapist at a small spa; and I absolutely love what I do. I moved to Austin from Vermont 5 1/2 years ago on a whim and I have fallen in love with the warm weather, sunshine and outdoors ever since then.
Besides sunny weather and doing almost anything outdoors (hiking, swimming, kayaking, camping, going to the park, sitting on patios with a beer, enjoying free music...) I love reading (I'm a voracious reader and almost never without a book), trying new foods and restaurants (Austin is great for that), cooking (I love to find new recipes and cooking with friends and feeding people!), new projects (yogurt making, kombucha making, attempting to make cheese, moss graffiti... anything just to know how to do it), photography, working out (I try to work out several times a week, it keeps me balanced and feeling good), learning almost anything new (I love Google for just that reason), anything quirky, stupid jokes and humor (I'm still laughing about a billboard I saw over a year ago that said "this is a sign") , road trips (I've been on two several month long ones so far and really want to go on another one)... the list could go on and on!
I am very low key and laid back about most things, independent, infinitely curious about almost everything, honest and trusting, loving, love to laugh and smile and just have fun, and am willing to try most things once.
I'm looking for someone that enjoys being outdoors, trying new places, new foods, cooking, new adventures and is a great friend, is happy in their own life and wants to share that. Someone that loves to laugh and smile and makes me laugh and smile (two of my favorite things to do), has some of the same interests that I do but, is also different than myself, laid back, and fun.
