I rarely don't have a good time when I'm out and about. Whether its in a relaxing scenario with a few friends, or something a bit more adventurous, I can usually find fun. I think my sense of humor and ability to appreciate whatever is in front of me have helped me have a pretty fulfilling social life.
I am at a point where I am very comfortable with where my life is progressing, and have definite ambitions for the short and long term. My career is going well, and I have been enjoying the atmosphere that the city provides in my free time. Work hard, play hard is a fantastic motto.
I enjoy learning new things, and striving to understand how the world works. I am addicted to reading up on current events, but alternately enjoy reading great fiction. Big fan of the city's museums. Had a goal to visit all of the Smithsonian museums last year. Ended up seeing all of them, and then knocking off about 7 or 8 private museums as well. "Knowing is half the battle" (GI Joe cartoon).
I have played sports my whole life, and enjoy staying in shape. Being active in general is one of my interests. Including visiting museums, parks, check out concerts and comedy clubs, etc.
Looking for someone fun who is passionate about their interests, and is thoughtful of what is important. Especially interested in someone who considers themselves an intelligent and thoughtful person who knows how to have a great time. Hopefully you share a passion for trips to the beach and the outdoors in general. Excluding the holidays, I normally want to fast forward past the winter months for the endless possibilities of the spring and summer. Hopefully you share an affinity for nice weather and all the fun to be had.
Not looking for someone who already considers themselves high maintenance. Currently, I enjoy having independence. But that's not to say that I wouldn't enjoy a lot of your company. I just think that it's great to have a well-rounded life.
An open mind for meeting new people is very important to me -- yet having said that, not quite interested if you chair your local Tea Party committee.
Would love to travel pretty much everywhere eventually. I think you can learn a lot by meeting people from other cultures and experiencing those different cultures. I also consider myself fairly adventurous, pertaining to trips, fun activities, food, etc.
If any of this seems interesting (which it should, I'm awesome!), would be fun to chat and potentially meet up. Cheers!
