I'm Dan, I'm 28, a recent college grad, a Marine Corps vet, highly ambitious, a devout gym rat and extremely personable.
I grew up in New Mexico, went to college in Idaho, spent the last year in Utah and now I'm in the Denver area. I serve as an Infantry Rifleman in the Marine Corps Reserve and have done a tour in Afghanistan. I'm hoping to re-enlist later this year.
Like most Colorado transplants I love the outdoors. I go hunting in the Fall, fishing in the Summer, and I will always make time to go up to the mountains. I can spend all day at the lake and all the next day there as well :) I'm pretty gun savvy so I love to take people shooting; helping others understand the gun culture is very important to me and I think it's necessary for the preservation of our Second Amendment rights. I'm an avid sports fan, Basketball and Football are my very favorites. As far as teams go I like the San Francisco 49ers, University of Utah Runnin' Utes, Utah Jazz, Texas Longhorns, and Florida State Seminoles.
I'm pretty new to the online dating scene, but I'm willing to give it a try. I'm at the age where I would like to meet someone and finally settle down, I've had my fun and now it's time to get serious. I don't have a checklist per se, but I'm looking for someone who I click with and am physically attracted to.
I must warn you that I am a bit of a political nerd. My views on this page are marked as 'conservative' but that is only because match.com did not have a Libertarian option. I was active in the Ron Paul movement in College and have been an outspoken advocate for free markets, personal liberty, sound money, and military non-intervention overseas. So if you believe the government holds all the answers to the world's social and economic woes, then you should probably keep looking, because you probably won't be able to stand me.
