Hey Everyone,
My name is Colleen. I decided to get on here to see if I could meet some great people. I graduate from Western and am doing my dream job of teaching. However, I don't know many people around here. I was born and raised in Kirkland but since I have moved back, it seems that everyone I knew has moved away.
I am a Kindergarten teacher in kirkland and love it! I seriously get paid to teach the ABC's and addition. It is the most rewarding job and spending the day with kids only leaves me smiling.
I am looking for an intelligent manly man who has a career that he loves and passions in life. I am looking for someone who can teach me something and who I can teaching something to. I want to be able to go out now and then and stay in. I want them to push me to get out of my comfort zone and try scary new things like snowboarding and such. Something that is crucial is that they must have a sense of humor and be fun!!!!
I am a very positive, outgoing and fun person. I love meeting new people, going on adventures and laughing. I think life is way too short to be serious. I like to spend my free time reading, playing with my nieces, and doing fun things around the area. I like going and having fun out and about but I also enjoy drinking wine at home and taking it easy. I like to go for walks and hikes. I love scary movies and trying new wines. I am over the idea of looking to meet someone at a bar. However, I do love to dance! I enjoy The Office, 30 rock, arrested development, NCIS, and all the MTV shows.
Learning is one of my passions in life. I love learning about anything and everything. I hope to go back to school and get my masters soon. I also have a passion for cooking and baking. I love attempting something new. I enjoy reading and spending time with my family. I am really close with my siblings since we all are teachers. I love going to the San Juan Islands whenever possible to camp and eat marshmellows.
