I prefer caramel over chocolate, skiing over snowboarding, plays over musicals, literary fiction over chic lit, readings over lectures. Sometimes I drink my coffee black (never with sugar) and sometimes I like having dessert first. I'm both a night owl and a morning person, though not the type that hums and sings and is cheery to annoy those who are not morning people, but the type that enjoys the quiet, peaceful solitude that a new day brings (I hum and am cheerful after my coffee). However I still enjoy sleeping in and staying under the warmth of the covers, especially with the right person to cuddle with.
I'm rational yet spontaneous, rebellious yet loyal. I'm passionate, affectionate and look for the same qualities in my lover. I admire those with compassion.
I can never decide which I like better spring or autumn, images or words, and especially if I want "salad or fries with that"?!! I have a library card and use it on a regular basis. I'm independent and admire those who can stand on their own and know what they want but is also sweet, romantic, thoughtful, loyal, intelligent and sensitive.
Some of my favorite things: candlelit baths, books, museums/galleries, lounges, the smell of linseed oil, bookstores, coffee shops with comfortable chairs, foreign languages, and being close friends with the one I'm with.
