I have been an ovolactovegetarian since 1990, and the bodybuilding lifestyle is an ongoing process. I ingest only the freshest foods each day to ensure healthiness, a beautiful complexion, and longevity (at least 500 years). I spend over $1,000.00 a month on food for my enormous appetite. I am a very hard working individual and successful: paid cash for a condo in 1985. I adore music, like all subjects of education, am a lifetime learner, and abhor spirituality.
