I hail from the Midwest, moved to New York after college, spent three years in Greenwich, CT, and have been living in California all of five months! So far, so good. The main motivator to move was family. My older brother is here along with my two adorable nephews and super-cool sister-in-law. It may be the best decision I've ever made.
There are so many amazing natural places to explore. I'm enjoying meeting people who are as motivated as I am to get outside. It's refreshing to leave the 24/7 mentality of New York and embrace work-to-live. I'm finally putting as much emphasis on my personal goals, relationships and on having FUN! as I am on work. Halelujah! At the same time, I've got a really cool, intellectually-stimulating job where I get to build a business while changing the world. Not bad.
I'm looking for a man that has a good head on his shoulders, and who is smart and capable. He should be in a place where he knows how to approach life from a place of gratitude while still working towards more and better goals. He's able to balance work and play, and knows a good woman when he finds one. He's giving in that manly sort of way that is oh, so hot! He knows himself well, takes the good with the bad, and meets me head-on. We're additive to each others' lives and have a shit-ton (can I say that?) of fun together! Woo hoo! :-)
