I think this is the place where I input some clever excuse of why I'm here... like I'm too busy with work, tired of the bar scene, my dog told me to try it, lost a bet or simple just seeing what's out there ;)
Does it really matter? I don't think it does. I'm here and you're still reading. Truth is this is the easiest/fastest way to meet new people. You check out the pics, see if theres some attraction, read the profile and decide if you're interested.
Let's be real here, thats how it goes. No one reads the description first, physical attraction first then personality. At that point you decide if you're going to talk to this person or not.
As far as writing more about myself... I like the old school way of finding things out, when people ask and put effort into something and not just expect it to be there, and no this is not a mind game to trick you into wanting to know. I'm a very straight forward guy that likes to keep some things old fashion (don't worry, the good stuff)
Oh yea and if I do end up meeting someone cool on this site, we're definitely coming up with a different story of how we met ;)
