Hey, y'all. I just moved to Houston from overseas and figured this is as good a place as any to meet people. A little about me: I’m tall, mixed, tan, athletic and built, ex-military, have a touch of grey hair, and at least once a week like to slap on a suit and head to a nice bar for a martini or scotch. I had to dress up a lot this past year in England and it stuck with me! As the food there wasn’t to my liking I learned how to cook various ethnic foods that I love and now I can cook very, very well. I clean up after myself and am intellectually conversant on a wide variety of topics.
I will go skydiving, scuba diving, shooting, biking, skiing, fishing, white water rafting, ATV riding, parasailing, on safari, salsa dancing, horseback riding, to wine tastings, rock climbing, and splunking with the right person. Some of those I’m expert at, most I’ve done but not nearly enough, and a couple of them I’ve never done but absolutely want to try. I’m intelligent, worldly, well-read, well-travelled, intellectually curious, sophisticated, goofy once you get to know me, goal oriented, and love kids and dogs- more the dogs, though, kids become less likeable as they get older. I’ve done a lot in this life, have a ton of places left to go and a lot more left to do. I might not have seen my favorite sunset or had my favorite meal yet.
