I finished by MBA (PT at the U) which capped a long (but worthwhile) educational career of 12 years! That being said I bleed Maroon and Gold through and through. Now I'm in the middle of training for a 1/2 Ironman. I like to keep myself busy/active, but also know how to relax. Sitting around a fire pit and making S'mores sounds like a pretty good reward after a hard training day.
I'm a driven individual and enjoy what I do at work. However, I work to live and not live to work. What's the point of PTO if you never use it!?!?!? I would like to travel more and it would range from spur of the moment weekend trips to an extended vacation. I was in Peru in 2009 and it was amazing. I have a long list of places I want to visit, so I better get started!
Like my music (country, dance, techno, classical, rap, rock, etc) I have a wide variety of interests. You could find me at a dive bar one night and then heading out to Orchestra Hall the next. I like staying up to date on current events (I guess if I didn't they wouldn't be current), and I'm also a sponge for random off the wall information as well.
My parents and sister mean the world to me and always enjoy spending time with them. I don't have the most friends on Facebook, but it's about quality and not quantity right? I know that I can count on them whatever the situation. Just as much as I can count on them to ask me why I'm still single. Care to help me put an end to that question?
Someone who shares my interests but also has hobbies/interests that she would call her own. It's great to be able to share interest/hobbies with the person you're dating, but I'm not looking for someone that is willing to give up her own identity. A training partner for triathlons isn't a requirement but would definitely be a plus!
Enjoys the small everyday things that are a part of a relationship. Don't get me wrong, you'll find me walking on the outside part of the sidewalk to make sure you're further away from the street traffic, open doors, and scheme with your friends to surprise you for your birthday or just because. However, I would hope that you would be willing to listen to me talk about my bad day and be supportive just as I would be happy to listen to you talk about yours. Now.... what were you saying?
Enjoys traveling and trying the local cuisine. I won't make you try a sea cucumber (weird texture and tastes horrible) or termites (tastes like wood), but I hope that you don't look for the nearest Applebee's or Chili's.
Well if I got you to read this far, why not email me?! Look forward to talking to you!
