If you've read this far, you might be open-minded and/or like poetry. If you're unfamiliar with the pieces above, I'm glad to have been the first to share them with you! I'm a smart woman who has a good sense of humor and has mastered empathy. I have some obvious flaws and some maybe beneath the surface, but I am a genuine lover and see the sun -even on stormy days. I have learned to dance in the rain and to keep on smiling, even if it's only to keep someone else smiling. I value a person's loyalty and integrity and believe that if someone wants something badly enough, they will do almost anything it takes to have it in their life.

I'm sure most people would, if they could, live the life they wanted and began creating verses waking up to something unplanned, but life sometimes has a way of doing what it wants us to do rather than what we expected would be. However, we must carry on and live for our futures and not dwell on what could or might have been. Life is the way it is, so all that's left is your power to create your own positive realities, thus finding happiness in any situation. It's not settling, it's accepting that some things are truly beyond our control, so just let them be and focus on what you can change and give that your all!
