The word my friends use most often to describe me is loyal. I am very close with my family (I have an older brother and an older sister- and just recently, a new niece!) and have a great group of friends who I would do anything for. I am hard working but also try to find time to just relax and enjoy life. I like to go out and am always up for trying a new restuarant or bar- but usually look to avoid the crowds if I can. I am a Jersey girl at heart (though not in the Jersey shore type way!) and have been in NYC for 3 years. I have spent some time living in Mexico, Australia, Nashville, Philly and England, and I have loved everywhere I have lived so far for very different reasons.
As my sister says, I don't know who exactly I am looking for because, if I did, I would have met him already....but I'm thinking that a guy who is smart, supportive, positive, and maybe a bit of a romantic (even if that side is hidden most of the time!) could be a good start. I have no perfect date but some of my top picks include: day drinking, a good concert, relaxing at the beach, fishing at a lake, a pretty hike, and a meal out at a delicious restaurant (or just at a place that serves delicious nachos).
I'd love to find someone to spend the rest of my life with, but in the meantime, I am looking forward to just grabbing a drink and getting to know someone new.
