Hello there. I suppose my friends would consider me warm, patient, and loving...
I believe in balance--working hard and playing hard (although I tend to lean more towards the "playing")...
A few things that I love:
"Losing myself" in nature--in the mountains or floating down a river...
Music: listening (anything from Indie Folk to electronic/dance...depending on my mood), playing (guitar and sing...still a ways off from rock star-status but I do love it!), and going to shows...
Learning--in the classroom, at work or a coffee shop, or through conversation...
I do tend to be a bit quiet and introspective at times. So, while my friends usually seem pleased with the quality of our conversations, I'm probably not going to talk your ear off (all the time)...
And who am I looking for? Well, like you I'm looking to connect. We don't have to have "everything" in common. An intellectual connection is important, and I would like it if we were in to the same music and TV shows and could look forward to sharing the same adventures, but attraction can be crazy and mysterious and it seems that the right chemistry can come from any combination of things...
