I find that writing paragraphs like this is difficult (what to include, what to leave for the future, etc.). So here's a list of what I prefer:
Han Solo over Luke Skywalker
National League over American League
College football over NFL
Sean Connery is the best James Bond (with Daniel Craig a close and gaining second)
Beatles over Rolling Stones
Doing something over sitting on a beach (at least for more than a day)
Hole in the wall with good food where everyone knows us over 4-star restaurant
Cake over pies
