Im an easy going and down to earth guy just trying to have fun. The world is serious enough, it doesn't need me to help it out. The most important things in my life are my family and friends. I am close to my crazy family and I hold great value to my personal relationships. I'm a very goal oriented person and I'm proud of my career. I take my job and my responsibilities pretty serious (not TOO serious though). Despite my sometimes goofy behavior I consider myself an intelligent person and enjoy expanding my horizons. Some recently described me as a "Labrador." She said it was because I am caring, compassionate, and patient.
I have been known to be a little bit of a hopeless romantic, but I just see my self as optimistic. I believe the days of being a gentleman have not died and men should be chivalrous and honorable. I love going out and adventuring so it's pretty hard to find me sitting at home most weekend. That being said, there are definite times when I love laying on the couch and watching a good movie (especially when you have the right person with you). I love doing anything related to the outdoors. I'm a big fan of rafting, kayaking, camping, hiking, biking, snowboarding, long walks on the beach, candle lit dinners... Ha ha, for real though, anything outdoorsy. Cooking and having friends over for a football or tapas party is always something i like to do. i love having good people around me and cooking up some good food. i consider myself a generous person because i think people should be generous and caring to one another. A big part of my life has been traveling. I've travelled all around the U.S., Europe and Asia. There is never a moment to waste in life so I like to enjoy every moment.
A few random facts about me: I am on an adult kickball league, I am a big brother for the Big Brothers Big Sisters program, I am a fat kid deep down so I really love working out to enable my inner fat kid, I HATE being pinched, claymation weirds me out, and I really want to get a black lab puppy.
I'm looking for a person to go on adventures with and someone willing to take the world head on with me. My perfect person would be compromising, easy to talk to, and when we are together we both become strong and better people. I've done the bar scene and still like going out, but I really don't expect to meet the person I want to spend my life with at those types of places.
