I have lived in San Diego for 2 years, having come from Oregon. I love it here and have delighted in all this area offers. Getting to know each other can be easy and rewarding. Enjoying art, museum, theater, lectures, cooking and being with friends .Great dining at these amazing restaurants, dancing. I also enjoy the zoo, which is pretty close to me. Lectures, classes, volunteer work, gardening, nature in all it's vastness, poetry readings, plays... I love the ocean and all of it's wild life. The list goes on.....
I volunteer for agencies that advocate for children. I am a CASA for Voices for Children. I admire men who volunteer. Transparency is of great value to me. I value friends who are very comfortable with them selves and happy about their contributions to the world. And who love the adventure of creating a great life. I am looking for someone who wants to share a life that he loves. And I will share my life, which I love, with you. A good sense of humor and love of laughing= ideal for me.
And I am an avid supporter of environmental sensitivities that are guided by educated intelligence .I am easy going and a good companion. Intelligent but not overly mental. I have had joyous life experiences and very sad ones in my 71 years.
I deeply love getting older and appreciate a companion who values the gifts of age. This is a current picture of me.
