Ello there, I hope your doing well. I'm sure just like everyone else, you've read you fair share of profiles searching for those few that stand out and take your fancy. I hope that I will be one of those for you.
After reading a few people's profiles I've came to a conclusion, there must be some really stupid blokes on here! Apparently, some asking questions that they shouldn't be asking until after you start dating or a bunch of them half naked will help with getting them a date. Well no worries here, I've lost weight but there's no way I would be posting a pic like that cause I don't want you to think I'm a douche before you've even read my profile.
Secondly, I've been reading that a lot of you are hoping chivalry isn't dead. Personally, I don't believe it is but good manners and common sense is seriously a dying art! Rest assured I've been raised a little bit better than most. It stuck with me and if I ever forget I'm sure my mum would straighten me out.
So about me, we'll I'm sure if you haven't noticed I've used a few words that aren't used by most around these neck of the woods. I was born and raised in the United Kingdom until I was just shy of turning 17. I've been living in the states for going on 16yrs and I tell you what, time has sure flown by. I try to go back whenever I can and if we date for awhile I would love to take you for a visit and show you the sights.
For the last 9 years I've been working for Budweiser, 5 years here and 4 while I lived in Florida. As of now I'm just delivering the product, but I've been a salesman for the company in the past. I have decided to take a break from that side of the job for now. I know it doesn't sound like the most glamorous job out there but if it wasn't for people like me then your Super Bowl/bday/cinco de mayo, and just a good old night on the town would be pretty boring without alcohol. I bet I can make you put a lampshade on your head!!! The job keeps me in shape. So far I've managed to lose and keep off 45lbs this year and that's something I'm proud of. Its also not for someone that's lazy. If your lazy then you'll never finish. You also have got to have a sense of humour to do the job as well cause you never know what the day may bring. So with that being said if I had to describe myself then I would say I'm a very hard worker, honest (i have to be, dealing with all the beer and money) faithful, happy, funny ( I'm sure everyone says that but really I am) loyal and well mannered and overall a good lad. Now don't get me wrong, I'm nowhere near perfect like some people think they are. After all, I'm human and will admit when and if i screw up. If I don't admit it, your more than welcome to call me out on it. I'm a big lad and I can handle it.
So what am I looking for in a mate is that she's faithful, and a good sense of humour cause apparently us Brits have a dry sense of humour which I think is a bunch of bollocks. I'm looking for someone that's physically active. I'm not saying you have to do crossfit 7days a week but the odd gym time and eating healthy hasn't hurt anyone. If were dating I want you to be around for a while. I am also looking for hard working, smart - you don't have to be a book worm but common sense doesn't hurt, I guess someone that's an all round good soul.
I'm looking for someone that I can marry one day and if times get rough we work it out. I'm only hoping to be married just the once, and I would love a family of my own so if you have kids and don't want anymore then I'm not sure it'll workout. I want my own blood and last name to be continued. I'm the last one who can carry on the family name so hopefully I can do my part in making that happen.
