My name is Candis, I just moved back to Vegas in July. Now I'm just a country girl lost in this city trying to figure out the mentality of all you city boys! Moved here from Oklahoma for work... and now I'm here with bells on!
Im very kind hearted and wear my heart on my sleeve... I say exactly how I feel leaving no room for confusion. Some people are intimidated by that.... is what it is. I'm a very nurturing person who enjoys being a good caregiver for the ones I care about. I pride myself on the cleanliness of my home and my home cooked meals. That comes from being the oldest in the house growing up and quite possibly my line of work. I love to cook and bake on my free time. I usually bake for others... I enjoy it but not much of a sweets eater!
Im super family oriented and love kids! Cant wait till the time is right to have my own... :)
I absolutely love my dog and cat. They are my children :) My dog is Cherish and my Cat is Sockie :) Me and Cherish go for runs daily returning to Sockie waiting for us on the porch when we return... just like clock work haha
I am a very positive person who enjoys spreading light onto other people's days. I will help anyone till its taken for granted. I do believe a smile and some laughter will cure any bad day! In my line of work I see a lot of sad faces so I pride myself on turning that frown upside down! :)
I love the gun range... I go pretty much every Wednesday...Yes they know me by name haha It makes me feel safer here I guess... So different then sooting in the fields like Im used to haha
Im a firm believer in having a plan and working hard to achieve my goals. I am a very very driven person!! I do believe that is why I have achieved so much for my age. I have always been a hard worker and have a hard time finding common ground with lazy people. That being said... If you don't have a job please skip over my profile all together... I am not interested. This is not to be confused with the occasional veg out watching movies all day kinda day! I don't mind that one bit! I just think everyone should want to progress and prosper further in life. I don't care how awesome you think you are.... there is always room for improvement!! :)
I do believe that I am extremely sufficient and resourceful compared to most women. I even have my own tool box! haha I am very independent and somewhat stubborn at times... thats the taurus in me I suppose!
You will not find me first in line at the gym.... I run circles all day running a business and will take the dog to the park and run circles with her there. I would pick physical activities like a softball game or hike over a gym any day! Ive been running a lot lately since the weather is getting better.... it does wonders to clear the mind too!! :)
I am very traditional in the sense of enjoying the little things life has to bring. I like my door opened and a man that can take charge of plans. It makes me feel taken care of and safe.
Pet peeves- Drama, games, inconsiderate people, laziness, selfishness, cotton balls, when your invited to dinner then expected to pay, overly baggy clothes, constant video gamers, when people type "gangster" to hide their horrible grammar skills, less the 10 word messages...when people take pictures in a dirty mirror or with a huge disaster behind them, smokers (EWWWW...NO NO NO NO!!!) and the sound of a bathroom vent!
Things I look for in a man- I love cheesy stuff oddly enough...sweet make you smile stuff :)...a sense of humor is a must, someone who understands my country raising or at least cares to figure it out, Patience, Protectiveness, Genuine selflessness, has his own careers and goals to strive for, a hard worker, someone that wouldn't mind interacting with my family, friends and hobbies as I promise to do on my end. I get bored easy... so I love
