I've been living in San Diego for about 5 years and have really enjoyed it. I moved here from Hawaii in order to get a master's degree and now work developing environmental programs. I grew up in the Bay Area.
I am a very easy-going, easily entertained girl. I'm not a fan of drama (unless its on tv), but am a fan of awkward humor and exploring anything new. I love traveling, and just checking out places within driving distance.
Things I love: dinner, drinks, and conversation with friends - in a restaurant, at home, or at a bar.
One thing I don't love: assembling furniture.
I'm intelligent, independent, caring, and fun. If I had to guess, I bet most girls on here say something like this and I have no idea how to prove its true without meeting someone.
I'm driven at work and have spent a lot of time on my career, but I'm happy to enjoy my time off and can turn it off..
Diversity makes life interesting, so I am not afraid of different people, cultures, personalities, etc. All things should be made fun of, too. I love to cook and get nervous if people around me don't eat.
I like to be outdoors, but living in Hawaii has spoiled me. I think San Diego is a little chilly in the winter... I know, weak... I like to be active and do yoga, go for walks/hikes, play volleyball, etc. I'm moderate about almost everything in life though, so haven't ever gotten into triathlons or weird diets.
I'm attracted to men who are very intelligent and open-minded, without being pretentious. Being taller than me helps. Having a sharp sense of humor helps more. Knowing how to spell and compose a decent paragraph... dreamy. I'm just looking for someone to have fun with, who enjoys life, is always looking to learn and grow, and who is not crazy. Or boring. Or emotionally disconnected. Or unemployed. Where are those guys?!
If you're interested, email me! The worst thing that'll happen is no chemistry.
