I am best described as a warm, kind, caring and thoughtful woman, by others. I am a mother, daughter and sister, and all three roles have brought out the best in me as a person and rewarded me with new and different lessons. I live my life with an upmost positive attitude and try to enjoy each day, as if it were my last. I try to make the best out of any situation, and always try to have a smile :) I can also be quite funny and people are often surprised to find out I also have a silly side to me.
Some of the things I enjoy are cooking, many types of music (jazz, old school, r&;b, soul, latin), going to the movies, theater, dining out, watching basketball, dancing, traveling, exploring new venues. When I have some leisure time, I like to spend it with my son and family or in the kitchen exploring new recipes. Other times, I'll take advantage of the free time for myself and just relax, watch a movie or listen to music. I want to meet someone who shares some of these interests !
I am looking for a genuinely good man. Someone who has a good head on their shoulders, has confidence and knows what he wants out of life. Someone who will be my friend, my companion !!
