I desire to find a lasting relationship with someone who shares my values and outlook on life. I have lived my single life to the fullest and have gotten to experience some wonderful, adventurous things in life. I have also been able to achieve many goals and will never look back one day and wish I had done this or that. I can honestly say I have done all that I have ever wanted to do, and the one thing left that I have not yet done and desire to do is find a woman with whom I can share my life, raise children and live married life to the fullest. That is the next greatest adventure I could ask for in my life at this point, and one that I would throw my whole heart and soul into.
I am a genuine person, kind, patient, passionate and fairly laid back, yet I am ambitious and driven to succeed and strive for excellence in whatever I set out to do. I am old-fashioned in many respects, like simplicity and appreciate all that is good in life. I am well-rounded, responsible, sincere, humble, enjoy good conversation, possess integrity, can laugh at myself, keep my commitments, and I don't seek my opposite, but rather someone who shares these same traits and values.
I enjoy doing about anything and have done about everything, but just to name a few, I like being out in nature, playing music, writing and reading, watching movies, eating out, and all the normal things people like to do. A few interesting things about me - I have written a book of poetry, made an album and have hiked the 100-Mile Wilderness in Maine.
