Well, I guess I should start off by saying I’m new at this and truthfully a little na?ve about how it works. I figured I’d give something else a try, rather than meeting the same old people at a bar or amongst a small circle of friends of friends. So, I’m here to hopefully experience some new things and maybe meet someone special. I’m 30 years old, and have lived in or around NYC for the last 15 years and I’m originally from Philadelphia. I have been in prior relationships, but unfortunately have just not met “the RIGHT one” yet. So, I’m pretty much here for the same reason as everyone else.
I love to enjoy the time I get to relax as well as experiencing the finer things in life. But, I definitively know and understand when it’s time to be serious and get down to business. I’m gainfully employed and pride myself on being both hard working and very motivated. I’m always looking for the next step forward or even a great opportunity to start something for myself. I travel a lot for business, but now I’m at a point in my life where I’d like to enjoy spending my free time and fruits of my labor with someone on a deeper level than just as a friend. I love to travel on my own but think it’s better when you can share the experiences with someone else!
Truthfully, I’m a fairly typical guy’s guy. Yes, I love sports…what guy doesn’t? I played sports in high school, college, and even had a brief stint as a professional golfer. I still really enjoy playing golf and try to do it as much as possible in the playable seasons. And yes, I still like to pretend I am as good as I was when I was younger...again…like most guys! I am a big motorsports fan, as two of my best friends’ race cars around the country and I constantly try to involve myself in their racing lives. I really love to travel to the races and enjoy all of the various event festivities. And of course, I love my car too! A guy that likes cars…HOW ORIGINAL!! But recently, I have also been exploring a newly found interest in art, and have even begun my own art collection.
I’m looking for someone that shares my sense of sarcasm and humor and enjoys a good laugh! I love being out exploring NYC or wherever I am, but also really value time at home and just watching a TV, a movie, or even just hanging out. I’m a big family guy! My family lives all over the country, so I really value the limited time I get to spend with each of them, and of course hope one day I can have a family of my own!
What I am looking for in a girl is the toughest question I’ve ever been asked. Like most people, I have a list of things I want or consider to be “non-negotiables” but truthfully have nothing set in stone. I think it is mostly because I am open to meeting and getting to know different types of people and I’m not looking for someone I can change but rather grow with. So here are a few things I’m looking for or what I know typically match well with my personality.
