Above all else I love to laugh and spend time with people. I enjoy making people laugh and coordinating social activities for my friends. I am a true extrovert. My family and friends are very important to me. My sister is one of my best friends. I'm an independent woman...I don't intend to give up all my girl time or expect you to give up your guy time. I love hiking and running! I've run several half marathons, and I just ran my first full marathon and qualified for the Boston Marathon!!! So excited! I did my first triathlon last year in an attempt to conquer my fear of putting my head under water....sounds weird, I know. Well, I'm able to swim in open water now and truly enjoy it...so I guess it worked! My tri was only a sprint, but I just signed up for a Half Ironman in July. Excited but scared! I'm kind of a thrill-seeker....I loved loved loved my experiences of sky diving, hiking Mt. Whitney, hiking Half Dome, running a Ragnar relay, etc. I was able to go to Italy this Summer for about 3 weeks, and I loved it. It sparked a desire to travel to more places I haven't been. I've been to Honduras twice to build churches and schools, and I would love to continue to do mission type work when possible. The most important part of my life is my relationship with God. My top five strengths, according to the Strengths Finder, are Woo (Winning Others Over), Achiever, Empathy, Input, and Positivity. I am a first grade teacher, which provides me with hilarious moments all day long! Love it.
The most important thing I'm looking for is a Godly man who is a spiritual leader. If you don't have a personal relationship with God, don't bother contacting me. Another big one is someone who will appreciate my humor as well as be able to make me laugh. A confident man who takes initiative is extremely attractive. I'm looking for a good communicator who tells it like it is. I would like someone who will go on adventures with me and be able to handle a crazy hike. Dessert is one passion in my life, and I'd like to be able to share that with the man in my life. :) I understand healthy eating, but there's always room for ice cream.
