“Just run as fast as you can. Run and keep running even when we are in the air!” This is the thick Brazilian accent I heard yelled into my ear from the man strapped into the hang glider with me. How did I end up in a steamy, hot jungle mountain at the tip of a 100 foot long wooden ramp that drops off into thin air, thousands of feet up?? It’s a sweltering summer day. My heart is racing a mile a minute (does my insurance work here?!). “1…2…3…RUN!” Here goes nothing – wish me luck…
WOW! I still get worked up still thinking about that vacation. Risking your life for a good time is just a whole different high, right? What makes my soul smile? Learning new things. Inspiring others to become better. Hot weather and fun travel. Finding a new album or band that fits the mode, just right!
I’d determined my life mission is to help people take control of their health and their lives and become healthier and happy and grow younger as they age. There is nothing cooler that watching a person become empowered!
What am I looking for? How about a nice, balanced woman? Girls are fun, but a woman really gets it. You love be alive and your positivity is infectious.
