About me... I hate describing myself but here it goes. I'm very driven, competitive, athletic and know exactly what I want in life but I'm also kind-hearted, dedicated and honest. I prefer to be outside rather than watching tv. I love eating out and trying new restaurants. I don't photograph well. I look (and act) much younger than I am. Definitely a relationship type of guy. I still believe in being a gentleman, chivalrous, provider and protector. Dating is not the easiest thing to do in SD when you are new to town, so here I am.
I've lived a pretty diverse life and I wouldn't change a thing. Athletic scholarship in college, outdoor/adventure guide in grad school, redbull athlete and puma sponsorship all before I decided to slow down and focus on my career. I've spent the last couple of years traveling and building an impressive resume, which was great for my paycheck, but not ideal for anything else. I've worked hard to get where I am today so it's time to have some fun. I feel truly blessed to live the life I love.
I moved to San Diego from Park City, Utah, and I'm very happy to be here. I take advantage of my surroundings, always looking for something new and exciting to do, either here in SD county or as a weekend getaway (LA, Vegas, San Fran, Portland, Park City). I am still, and will always be, an adventurer at heart. Kind of a "have backpack/passport/plane tickets, will travel" attitude. Right now, I'm sitting here thinking about Hawaii, Bali, Southern Mexico or somewhere else warm and relaxing. Maybe even taking the day off work, packing the jeep with camping gear and driving to the desert, Arizona, or southern Utah. All I need is a partner in crime who is ready to plan our next trip.
I love running, crossfit, adventure racing, cycling on the weekends and living a healthy lifestyle. Little things like a good cup of coffee (or 3) and conversation, buying produce at the farmers market and cooking make me a very happy camper.
