if you are reading this, you've worked out that i'm not always in a dress with severe cleavage and half my boob hanging out.
i'm normal, respectful of others, spontaneous, and up for nearly anything at least once.
i have no patience for bad drivers and people who don't merge. i think inconsiderate parkers are ridiculous. i get that it takes two spots to park a nice ferrari but i hope my date isn't the one who pulled up in it. i know that people are sometimes lost but i won't honk if they're already gridlocked. clearly, i spend too much time in a car, or these are just good metaphors for my life.
a fantastic day for me would be skiing under a deep blue sky with music blaring through my helmut, sipping from a wineskin... or, same idea on a bicycle ride, followed by a great meal and spirits, and a strong shower. it would be even nicer to "click" with someone to share said day and shower with ;), ...and even better if when i check my messages in the morning, mayhem hasn't ensued whilst i've been selfishly gallavanting.
i'm a bit of a rebel at heart; i'm not a biggest fan of rules, but of course i function effectively in the world and follow those that make enough sense. i'm pretty independently spirited but i like people and staying close with the folks most important to me. i help people when it's not so glamorous, i don't have family nearby so i get what that's like. i listen to tons of different music, including bluegrass, yes, bluegrass. i'll make an art project out of anything from whipping up a "gourmet" meal with what seems like no ingredients, to making a clever sign when meeting someone at the airport.
i'm passionate about my work and love the people i work with, but am even more happy when i don't have to work. i've learned to work smarter, not harder .
i'm looking for the atoms to spin, so you're probably a couple of the following; smart, very smart, sexy, quiet, awkward, charismatic, confident, self-depracating, normal, sorta fat, kinda skinny,…would be an added bonus if you really are funny cuz its pretty fun when someone can one up the banter… and being classy is a most appealing quality, as long as one understands it can't be purchased.
i'd prefer to meet in person than have too extensive of a relationship beforehand. i have enough emails, texts and phone calls in my life so i want to at least meet who i'm "dating". that said, i do struggle with anyone who can't embrace the connection just for what it is, even if it's not what one expected or hoped for. there's never a missed opportunity when meeting someone new…
wine tasting can sometimes be fun, but i prefer really enjoying a glass of wine i like much better.
